Oreo Cheesecake Rawr!!!
My base needs work...
Pros
1. the crumbs stick tgt.
2. the crumbs stick to the cheesecake
3. it was firm and kept its shape - not gooey and running all over the place
4. nice biteable texture and tastes good!
5. the reduced cond. milk made it not so sweet
Cons
1. but not enough for seconds. :p
2. the bsicuit base went soft
3. the biscuit chunks inside the cheesecake went soft and quite undetectable
4. the chunks floated.
