Sat Post 2: Apples again! Still my first love....

The Baking Frenzy continues...

I'm trying to get it all out of my system (& out of my fridge) b4 next week...
Next week brings school, lab report, presentation and TYOY studying-for-paper so I won't be able to touch so much as a measuring cup for the next month...
Got to clear those green apples b4 they bruise...

Plus I've got help at the moment,
The first is my pitiful attempt at fancy peeling...
And then there's my mum, the expert...
