This is a phonetic-based transcription of a Russian song, Brat'ja, meaning Brother. It is a theme song written for the anime Full Metal Alchemist, a touching depiction of brotherly love.
I am bravely attempting to sing it. I've just gotten as far as the first verse, chorus and refrain, no guarantees for accuracy. I'm probably mangling it badly. Wait, I know I am. Russian is very difficult to pronounce for english/chinese-speaking me...
Go to this forum page and you'll see that the Russian/cyrillic letters are completely different from our latin alphabet thus reading the original is impossible for me... This transcription was posted by dragoncat (scroll down somewhere in the middle). I'm very grateful to all his detailed efforts and notes prefer his transcription to the popularly found one in the first post of the forum page.
