I fail at making seafood spaghetti...
... actually i made a pretty good sauce. liked the texture and taste but the reason i fail is that i didn't cook the prawns properly... so i wasted my effort and money on undercooked prawns... it's really a b**** to shell those prawns and the tails kept breaking off. ok, so only a few out of the 15 i prepared - about 5 - broke off... i still failed and presented half-cooked prawns! it was kinda like eating japanese, you know they're famous for raw seafood...
